2010 Summer Camp Schedule - Creativity Abounds!

We provide unique and enriching day camp programs in the visual & performing arts, archaeology, history and nature for children and youth ages 5-14 year olds. We also offer a Counselor in Training (CIT) Program for 15 & 16 year olds.

Yellow Springs Camp is located on 142 acres of beautiful landscape with meadows, fields, and natural springs including 13 historic buildings that make up a 'living' early American village.

All campers bring their own lunch with drink, hat, sunglasses, sun screen, bug spray, reusable water bottle, a white or light colored t-shirt for tye-dye/silk-screening and a towel and extra sneakers for creek walks. Campers receive a group camp photo, a Yellow Springs souvenir and a daily snack.

The camp day is from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Camp Show & Tell is each Friday at 3pm for family and friends. The 2010 All Camp Showcase is on Friday, August 6 from 2-4pm.

Consider becoming a Family Member of HYS and save on camps and many other programs throughout the year.

Limited partial scholarships are available on a per need basis. Please contact Suzanne Halstead for more information, shalstead@yellowsprings.org or download the application (PDF).
